Buhl, MN is noted for its pure water, supplied by a glacial aquifer located 700 feet deep below the surface, encased in 300 feet of solid granite. This is reflected in the city's motto, prominently displayed on the town's water tower. For decades, the iconic Buhl Water Tower has stood as a proud symbol of the town’s identity and heritage. Its bold declaration of “The Finest Water in America” serving as both a point of pride and a reminder of the natural treasure beneath the ground.
 
Soon, however, the beloved structure will be retired, making way for a new, modern water tower that will better serve the city’s infrastructure needs. While the original tower will be missed, its legacy will live on in the new design and in every glass of Buhl’s famously pristine water.
