Shipping a Fine Art Piece is very expensive due to the nature of the shipment. I charge only a fraction of the shipping, packing, and insurance cost of each piece. Each painting is carefully wrapped, packaged, and is fully insured. Please see the breakdown of shipping cost by final purchase price:
$0 - $50 = $5.95 shipping/packing/insurance fee
$50 - $225 = $9.95 shipping/packing/insurance fee
$225 - $390 = $15 shipping/packing/insurance fee
$390 - $750 = $25 shipping/packing/insurance fee
$750 + = $50 shipping/packing/insurance fee
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns of prints. Contact us within 14 days of delivery, and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Due to the nature of made-to-order products (Merchandise and Commissioned Portraits), we do not accept exchanges or cancellations. Unless your items arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders. An image of commissioned work will be emailed to the client for approval prior to shipping. If you are unhappy with the final work, we will do everything within reason to make it right.
